I have more than 20 years in the food industry, needless to say I have sampled my fair share of food. What I learned was how to make the food. What I didn't realize was all the side effects our food does to our body. I started to research everything natural food, boxed food, gut health, diseases, and the list continues. Then I took it a step further and received Precision Nutrition Certificate.

As I spoke of food on different social media platforms, I was quickly asked to start cooking for strangers and friends, then family.

My desire to help grew, I opened a full service commercial kitchen and we were cooking hundreds of meals a day. I wanted to reach more, I wanted to help more individuals, more families, more moms, more dads, more kids, more elderly, more high school students, the list goes on; so I created a meal prep book.
